BV18 apartment house is fully renovated building situated amidst the most vibrant and fashionable area of Barcelona – el Borne, the home to many stylish and artistic venues. The presence of the original building components in the renovation project has been especially important to preserve
the atmosphere of the authentic el Borne apartment house. Refined interior design preserves the identity of the neigbourhood and Catalan architecture, as well as materiality of the existing building.
